The 2026 TBRS Community Summit will bring our community back together in San Antonio, TX, USA.
Just like in 2023, we are combining our Family Conference and Collaborative Research Network (CRN) Conference into one joint Summit! The 2026 Summit will be held March 19-22, 2026 at Morgan’s Wonderland Camp in San Antonio, Texas – the first ever fully accessible camp for people of all needs!

The Summit brings together individuals with Tatton Brown Rahman syndrome (TBRS), families, clinicians, and researchers for four days of education, connection, and research collaboration. Programming includes expert-led scientific and clinical presentations, family and caregiver support sessions, structured research discussions, and community-building activities designed for all ages and abilities. Sessions will focus on genetics, neurology, cardiology, cancer risk, treatment development, and how patient priorities shape future research.
Family attendees will also have the opportunity to participate in TBRS research throughout the Summit, including biorepository and EEG donations, interviews, psychological evaluations (by appointment), and patient priority focus groups. Dedicated time is built into the schedule for research participation alongside family activities and downtime. (Reach out to our Community and Research Engagement Manager for more information at kit@tbrsyndrome.org)
For those joining remotely, the Summit will be fully accessible virtually, with live-streamed sessions, recorded presentations, and translation options to support global participation.
Whether you are a family member, an individual with TBRS, or a clinician or researcher interested in DNMT3A-related conditions, we invite you to join us for this patient-centered Summit. Registration is now open for both in-person and virtual attendees—register today to be part of shaping the future of TBRS care and research.
