Progress Through Community -- TBRS Community 2025 Annual Report Now Available!

The TBRS Community is proud to share our 2025 Annual Report, highlighting a year of meaningful progress driven by the strength of our community. Thanks to the support of families, donors, researchers, and advocates, we expanded family support programs, reached hundreds through educational initiatives, and continued to grow critical research tools like the TBRS and DNMT3A Patient Registry. These efforts are helping more individuals receive earlier diagnoses, better-informed care, and stronger connections to others who understand their journey.

This year’s report also reflects major steps forward in building the foundation for future treatments—from advancing research infrastructure and funding new studies to preparing for expanded clinical care opportunities. None of this progress would be possible without the dedication and generosity of our community. Together, we are transforming hope into action and building a future with better care, deeper understanding, and greater possibilities for every individual affected by TBRS.
